Tourism Restaurant

This license/option is required to provide tourist services.

• Tourism license issuance and renewal fee: BHD 200
• A service fee for linking the establishment's system with the tourist electronic statistics system (BHD 250) is calculated and paid only once to the service provider.
• The hotel service fee (5%) of the hotel's general revenue is calculated at the end of each month attached to an audited financial report at the end of the fiscal year when starting work and operating the tourist facility.

• A copy of the land/property title deed.
• A letter of non-objection from the owner of the land or property (in the event that the applicant does not own the property).

• Ensuring that the tourism requirements.
• Completing the process of linking the tourism establishment with the tourism electronic statistics system.
• Pay the tourism licensing fees through a link sent by e-mail by the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority.

• Tourism license fees payment receipt.
• Integration service fees of linking the establishment's system with the tourism electronic statistics system payment receipt.

• Resolution No. 11 of 2024 regarding the regulation of restaurant activities dedicated to tourist services independent of hotels.
