Event licensing

• A copy of the contract for renting the conference or exhibition venue, or a written agreement if no contract exists.
• The conference or exhibition announcement.
• A copy of the conference guide (brochure or pamphlet).
• Approval from the relevant government authorities for specialised conferences, for example a specialised medical conference organiser must request permission from the Ministry of Health.
• A list of participants in the exhibition in case of direct sales.

3 Working Days

No Service Fees

1. Access the service link through the eGovernment Portal or the Bahrain Tourism & Exhibition Authority website.

2. Attach required documents and submit the application.

3. Once the application is approved, pay the license fees.

4. License certificates will be automatically issued through the system.

5. Tourism Control Department will be notified to schedule the inspection visit at the entity's site
